A final look before submitting.
The organisers reserve the right to make changes to the speakers, agenda, format and venue where necessary. Such changes do not entitle you to a refund unless the event is cancelled outright.
In the event of cancellation or rescheduling due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control (including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government action, civil unrest or travel restrictions), the organisers will use reasonable efforts to reschedule the event or convert it to a virtual format. Fees paid may be carried forward or refunded at the organisers' sole discretion.
By registering, you acknowledge that photographs, audio recordings and video footage may be captured throughout the conference (including in plenary sessions, breakout rooms, networking areas and social events) and that you may appear in these recordings. The organisers may use this material for promotional, reporting and educational purposes, including on the conference website, social media, partner publications and future event materials, without further compensation. If you do not wish to appear in a specific recording, please inform the photographer or session moderator at the time.
We are committed to a safe, respectful and inclusive environment. Discrimination, harassment, intimidation and disruptive behaviour are not tolerated and may result in removal from the event without a refund. Concerns may be raised confidentially with the secretariat.
The conference can issue an official invitation letter to support your visa application. Issuance of an invitation letter does not guarantee that a visa will be granted; visa decisions are the sole responsibility of the relevant authorities. The conference is not liable for any costs arising from a refused visa.
You are responsible for arranging your own travel, accommodation and travel/medical insurance. The organisers strongly recommend that you obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering cancellation, illness and personal liability.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the organisers' total liability arising out of or in connection with your participation in the conference is limited to the registration fees you have paid. The organisers are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss.
